Privacy notice

Information you provide

The quotation form asks for your name, telephone number, email address, property postcode, rendering requirements and project description. You can also provide property size or elevations, the existing surface, preferred timing and access or preparation details. Optional details can be left blank. Please do not include sensitive information. There are no photo uploads.

Why we use it

We use the information to respond to your enquiry, assess the work you request, arrange discussions or visits and prepare a quotation. For these activities we take steps at your request before entering a contract, and carry out agreed work if you become a customer. We also use security information to protect the form and prevent duplicate or abusive requests, relying on our legitimate interest in operating a secure service.

Website and email services

Cloudflare provides website hosting, security checks through Turnstile and protected quotation storage. Resend sends quotation emails to sales@siliconerender.com. Your validated email is the Reply-To address. Our receiving mailbox also processes the email. These services process information needed to provide hosting, security and email delivery; provider privacy information explains their processing locations and international safeguards. Business access and onward sharing are described below.

Security records

Form security checks use request information, including the trusted network address, the referring site path and request time. Cloudflare Turnstile receives browser/challenge information and checks the token on the server. The quotation guard stores pseudonymous security identifiers, timestamps, processing state and provider message identifiers rather than the full enquiry body, raw network address or Turnstile token. Request records expire after 48 hours and are removed by scheduled cleanup, normally within a further hour; rate-limit records use shorter windows. This technical expiry does not describe mailbox, provider-log or business-record retention.

Google Maps and browser technology

Embedded Google Maps are optional and remain blocked until you allow them. After permission, maps load automatically as you approach them and Google receives network and browser information and may use cookies or browser storage. We remember your allow or reject choice in this browser using rr-map-consent-v1 for up to 180 days; this preference is stored only after your choice and is not sent to an analytics service. Change or withdraw permission through Map privacy settings beside the map or in this notice. Withdrawal removes embedded maps and prevents further map loading; it cannot erase cookies already set by Google, which you can manage in your browser. Turnstile loads when the active form requires its security check. There are no photo uploads or advertising features in this form.

Your choices and rights

Contact sales@siliconerender.com about your information. Depending on the circumstances and lawful basis, you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction, object to processing, or request portability. We will consider the request and explain any limits that apply. You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. You can telephone us instead of completing the online form.

Enquiry access and sharing

Luke and Tom handle enquiries received at sales@siliconerender.com. We do not routinely pass enquiry details to unrelated businesses or subcontractors. Cloudflare, Resend and our receiving email infrastructure process information to operate the website and handle messages. The domain's receiving email infrastructure uses Microsoft 365. Google processes requests when embedded maps load.

How long business records are kept

Unsuccessful enquiries: We manually review unsuccessful enquiries 12 months after the last contact and delete information no longer required. This is a manual review policy, not an automatic deletion system. Specific records may be kept longer where a documented legitimate or legal requirement applies.

Accepted quotations and customer records: We generally review completed customer and project records after six years, subject to applicable accounting, tax, warranty and legal requirements. Accounting records are retained for the legally required period, including at least six years from the relevant financial-year end where applicable. Specific records may be retained longer where a documented legitimate or legal requirement applies. Mailbox copies and business records are reviewed manually; no automatic deletion system is represented as implemented.
