House Rendering Project Underway In Harrogate

This property in Harrogate is currently being transformed with a full silicone render system, with the exterior now fully stripped back and prepared ready for the next stage of works.

To deal with the failed finish properly, we first removed the old pebble dash render back to the original substrate. The building has now been primed and fully taped up, ready for the application of a spray applied two coat meshed reinforced basecoat system. Once this stage is complete, the property will then be finished with a new silicone render top coat, creating a clean, modern and long-lasting exterior finish.
