The original condition
A pebbledash finish beginning to fail.
The old pebbledash was weathered and failing in several places. Removing it exposed the brickwork for inspection and preparation before the new system.

Replacing the finish from the brickwork out.
Remove and prepare
The pebbledash was removed, the brickwork cleaned and prepared, and render beads installed.
Build the reinforced background
Two mesh-reinforced basecoats were applied and allowed to cure.
Prime and finish
The cured basecoat was primed before the silicone topcoat was applied.
The finished result
Fresh render alongside retained brickwork.
The light finished elevations contrast with the brick sections below. The rendering is shown complete, with people and surrounding garden work still visible.
