Prepare and protect
The existing walls were cleaned and prepared, damaged areas repaired, and windows, paving and surrounding surfaces protected.
Reinforce and finish
A reinforced basecoat and primer were followed by a spray-applied silicone finish in Linen.
The finished result
Light render around the retained frontage details.
The finished render sits alongside the darker timber and lower brick sections. Scaffolding and site items remain visible, so the photograph does not imply that every part of the surrounding work was complete.
