Bungalow Silicone Rendered In Boroughbridge

This bungalow in Boroughbridge, North Yorkshire has been fully refreshed with a new sandstone silicone render finish, giving the front elevation a much cleaner, brighter and more modern appearance.

To make sure the new system was built on a solid base, we removed the existing pebble dash render back to brick before carrying out the full rendering works. The property was then prepared and built back up with a two coat meshed basecoat before being finished in a sandstone silicone top coat for a durable, breathable and low-maintenance finish.
